November 2016 Athlete of the Month
Congratulations to Abel Taylor and Lesly Lopez, our November Jeff Weins Athletes of the Month!

Able Taylor (12), Football – Able had a standout season with the football team. He made some significant and positive changes in his life over the past year and the result was becoming the most dominant and dynamic player on Friday nights. Able earned 2nd Team All-Conference Wide Receiver, Honorable Mention All-Conference Defensive Back and Honorable Mention All-Conference Special Teams Kick Returner. He’s worked diligently at improving his grades and will have the opportunity of playing Junior College Football next season. He was named the football program’s Raider Award recipient and Special Teams Player of the Year. He was a role model of how to practice every day and how to play every week. |

Lesly Lopez (12), Dance – Lesly is a captain and a 3-year team member. She is responsible, thrives on her leadership role and is very respected by her teammates. Lesly leads by example with her attitude at school, at dance, and takes her role of captain for a very large team seriously and with pride. |
