December Athletes of the Month

Congratulations to Bahr Trayhorn and Elle Stanfill.  They are the Wiens Athletes of the Month for December 2013!  This award is named in honor of Jeff Wiens, Reynolds Athletic director from 1979-2004.

Bahr is a key member of our wrestling team; compiling a season record of 19 wins and only 2 loses.  He also took first place in both the Reynolds and McKay tournaments.  Coach Miles describes Bahr as "the epitome of a Raider," and he is considered to be one of the toughest and hardest-working athletes on the team.

Elle is the leader of the girls' basketball team, and she stepped up big during the month of December when so many starters were injured.  Actually, Elle had to play through injures as well, and Coach Doty credits her great attitude and work-ethic for helping the team stay focused and positive.

Come to the January 13th Booster Club Meeting to see these students honored by their coaches.  The meeting starts at 7:00pm in the MPR.
