The Reynolds School District, Fairview, Oregon, invites proposals from interested firms to provide complete architectural and engineering (structural, mechanical / plumbing, electrical, low voltage / technology, and civil) services for the remodel work proposed at Reynolds High School at 1698 SW Cherry Park Road, Troutdale, OR and entry vestibules at various District Schools.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting will be held to answer questions from prospective proposers on August 25, 2015 at 2:00 PM prevailing local time at the Reynolds Online Academy Edgefield Building A, located at 2408 SW Halsey Street, Troutdale, Oregon 97060.

Sealed Proposals, in an envelope clearly listing the firm’s name and proposal title, must be received by Rachel Hopper CFO COO, by September 10, 2015, at 2:00 PM in accordance with the directions provided in the RFQ.

There will be a second Request for Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering Services for three new Elementary Schools advertised in the next two weeks. AE firms can propose on both RFQ’s separately.
