COVID-19 Vaccination Verification for Students

The safety and security of our students, families, staff, and the community is the District’s highest priority as we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic. Reynolds School District encourages all eligible students to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to help protect our community by reducing the potential for serious illness, hospitalization, or death. Higher vaccination rates will also limit disruptions to the school year and allow us to resume more in-person instruction and activities. (Find a vaccination clinic HERE.)

In order to improve our tracking and quarantining practices, we would like to determine how many of our students (ages 5 and older) are fully vaccinated against the virus. Parents/guardians may voluntarily submit proof of vaccination for their student using a secure online form.

Once that documentation is reviewed and verified, vaccinated students may be exempt from quarantine due to exposure to COVID (unless the exposed student also becomes sick/develops viral symptoms) and may continue to attend school in person.
