Registration Event for 9-12th grade

Please join us:

When: Monday, August 11th 2025, 12-6 PM

Where: RHS Multi-Purpose Room (enter through the back parking lot near the Arts Building and the park off Imagination Way)

What: Online Registration Assistance

An opportunity for new RSD families to get in-person assistance with the RHS registration process. Staff will be available to help you submit online registration forms and collect documents needed to complete registration. This will allow time to request records from the former school so that counselors can finalize your student’s class schedules before school starts in September.

What to Bring:

1. Proof of address--- Valid proof of address is something attached to the home, current within the last 60 days and in the parent/guardian's name. Such as: A new rental agreement or mortgage statement, utility bill (PGE, water/sewer, garbage, internet, etc)

Additional records needed can be requested from the former school (unless coming from outside the U.S.) however parent provided copies can speed up the process:

· Transcript

· Immunizations

· Birth certificate (preferred)

· IEP (if receiving special education services)

· ELPA scores or ELL exit date (if applicable- student is or was in the English Language Learners program

Returning Student Verification Event

For current RHS students and incoming 9th graders from RSD

middle schools (RMS, HB Lee, WMMS & MLA)

Each year families verify and update their contact information and provide current proof of address. This can be done online through ParentVue and we encourage parents/guardians to do this, as well as attend the event for these opportunities:

· Receive class schedules

· School pictures & student ID card

· Pay optional fees

· Learn about opportunities with athletics, after-school clubs & community partners

· Receive information about the school year- Calendar, bell schedule, transportation, etc.

· ParentVue login/Online Verification assistance

Please mark your calendars:

Monday, Aug. 18th 12-7pm & Tuesday, Aug 19th 9-3pm

Please bring- valid proof of address:

· Utility bill issued by the service provider (ie: PGE, water/sewer, garbage, internet, etc.)

· New rental agreement

· Mortgage or property tax statement

· Current within the last 60 days, in the parent/guardian’s name
