Print and Copy Center

Welcome to Reynolds School District Print and Copy Center! We provide print services to Reynolds School District schools, departments and administrative offices. Our mission is to support academic instruction, administration, and student activities. Utilizing high-speed digital equipment, we produce high quality black & white prints with a variety of cost-efficient binding options.

We offer the following services:

  • Black/white prints or copies: Paper sizes 8.5 x 11; 8.5 x 14; 11 x 17
  • Single or double-sided prints or copies in b/w
  • Collating/Stapling
  • Scanning - B&W or Color
  • Booklet making - folding, saddle stitch
  • High resolution graphics and half tones from your digital master
  • Padding
  • Cutting
  • Drilling and hole punching

In addition to regular District Curricula, forms, and duplication of instructional materials, we can print your:

  • Flyers
  • Brochures
  • Directories
  • Memory Books
  • Programs Calendars/Handbooks
  • Forms
  • Planners
  • Note Pads

Digital printing is designed to lower costs; there is very little set-up in digital printing when compared to offset printing. Because of the reduced labor time, we can keep our costs lower. The other advantage of digital printing is the faster turnaround that can be achieved.

We have developed a PDF workflow that allows you to email your jobs to us for a quick turnaround. These can be scanned or sent through the courier to us.
