Communications Focus Groups

Reynolds School District has partnered with National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) and School Communication Performance Evaluation (SCoPE) to conduct a Communications Audit which includes a district-wide Communications Survey and Virtual Focus Groups. A communications audit determines both how effective current communications tools are, including their strengths and weaknesses, while providing recommendations and improvements necessary for communication plans to work even better.  

We are asking you, our stakeholders, to sign up to participate in the Communications Audit Virtual Focus Groups. The focus groups will take place between May 31 – June 7, 2022, with the exception of the School Board Focus Group which will take place on May 11. Focus groups will run between 30 minutes and up to 45 minutes.  

During each virtual focus group, NSPRA auditors will ask a series of questions designed to determine the effectiveness of current communication efforts, identify current perceptions and areas needing improvement or enhancement, and identify communication issues and challenges to address. 

To participate, please complete this form by End of Day Wednesday, May 25, 2022. 

To ensure there is enough time for an in-depth discussion with participants, NSPRA will select a number of participants for each focus group. If the number of participants who RSVP exceeds that number, NSPRA will randomly select participants.
