Register for RLA Spring Conferences

Spring conferences are right around the corner! We will be holding conferences on Wednesday, March 17^th at 4:00–8:00pm and Thursday, March 18^th at 8:00am–8:00pm. For health and safety reasons, all conferences will be through Zoom video conferences or phone call. You will want to schedule a 15-minute conference with each of your child’s teachers. 

Step One: Make a list of your child’s teachers. 
Your child should have five teachers. You can simply ask your child who their teachers are, you can check ParentVUE, or you can check one of the progress reports you received in the mail.  

Step Two: Decide if you would like to hold your conferences over telephone or Zoom video conference. 

Step Three: Click on the Calendly link for each of your child’s teachers and select the time you would like to have your Zoom meeting or phone call with each teacher. 
Be prepared to provide your email address, phone number, and any specific questions you want to address in the meeting.  

Step Four: Check your email for confirmation of your appointment.
If you chose to schedule a Zoom meeting, the Zoom link will be in your email.
