BASS (Black African Student Success)
IRCO’s BASS program is a culturally specific program that supports Black African/American immigrant students in improving their academic achievement by addressing issues such as:
- Attendance, chronic absenteeism
- Disproportionate discipline
- Family engagement
- Key transitions from elementary to middle school, middle to high school, and high school to post-secondary
