November 2017 Athlete of the Month

Jayla Dieter (9), Water Polo

Jayla is a freshman but has been a starter for the girls team all season. In the team’s playoff game against Lakeridge, Jayla had 4 out of the first 6 goals. This secured the Raiders’ victory and earned the team a spot in the State Tournament. Jayla’s woks ethic and positive attitude is contagious. Jayla also received All-Conference Honorable Mention honors this season and was this year’s Raider Award winner for girls water polo.

Dylan Blake (12), Water Polo

Dylan led the team as captain to a undefeated run through the Mt. Hood Conference and was named Mt. Hood Conference player of the year. In our state playoffs Dylan had 7 goals and led the team to victory over Sheldon and Westview to put the Raiders in the Semi Final game. Dylan also won this year’s Raider Award for boys water polo.
