May 2018 Athlete of the Month

Peace Igbonagwam (12), Track & Field

Peace recently finished second place at State in the long jump, third place at State in the triple jump, and 8th and 9th place at State in the 100m and 200m. She set the school record in the long jump this season and led the team in varsity points earned. She is also a fantastic student in the classroom and has earned a track and field scholarship to Seattle Pacific University.

Joseph Dodson (12), Baseball

Joe hit two doubles, one triple and scored five runs in the month of May. He represents what we want as an athlete when it comes to work ethic and attitude in the weight room.
