Several months ago, 15 teams began the quest for the title of OBOB School Champions through their Language Arts Classes. Teams consisted of 4 members who all read 16 books in order to answer questions during the competition. After several elimination rounds; OBOB Champions and City of Books competed in the final OBOB battle. After 32 questions were asked, OBOB Champions lived up to their name and were victorious. When asked how it felt to win the championship battle, team member Bradley McGregor said, "Amazing!"
The OBOB Champions will be competing in the Regional Finals on March 14 at Walt Morey Middle School, and then will go on to defend their school trophy in a special competition against team IDK LOL, consisting of Mr. Bui, Mrs. Snyder, Mrs. Davidson and Mrs. Robins.
