About Reynolds Middle School

RMS

Reynolds Middle School, home of the Royal Lancers, is located just south of Halsey Street at 1200 NE 201st Ave in Fairview, Oregon. The building was built in 1957 as Reynolds High School and became Reynolds Middle School in 1990 when the High School merged with Columbia High School at a newer, larger campus. We have an enrollment of approximately 1000 students in 6th - 8th grade.

Our school day consists of our Foundations class and 8 periods:

  • "Core" classes
  • Elective or intervention classes
  • Three lunch periods, separated by grade level

Various academic and enrichment programs enhance the learning opportunities at RMS.  These include, but are not limited to, the Sun Community Program, AVID, Leadership, and our Performing Arts section.
