Day CPMDay CPM is the owner's rep for the Bond Projects. As such, they are helping the district manage the Bond Projects throughout the design and construction phases. Their role includes budget and schedule oversight; managing the contracting/bidding process; overseeing sub-contractors; monitoring the design development process to ensure project scope is achieved; overseeing construction-related activities; and project finalization. Having an owner's rep will help ensure that the projects are completed on time and within budget and remain true to the intention of the 2015 bond measure. |

BLRB ArchitectsBLRB is the architecture firm leading the work on the new secured entries to all other district schools. The district design team is working with BLRB to develop the design for the three elementary schools. |

Bric ArchitectureThe district design team has been working with the architecture team to provide early input on the Reynolds High School additions and renovations. As part of this early work, the architect took the team on a site tour of two local high schools. |
