There are some exciting changes happening in our school, especially for Kindergarten and First grade. Wilkes is growing! We are in a unique position to add additional teachers to help reduce our class sizes. We have added a new kinder/first grade blend, and a new first grade classroom. Ms. Thornberry is our new first grade teacher. This will allow for more individualized attention for each student, resulting in greater success for all.
