My name is Milica Leamy. This will be my 10th year teaching ELD and third year at Wilkes. I graduated from Arizona State University and taught in Phoenix, Arizona for 6 years.

I am really excited to be here and can't wait to meet all the students and families. I am pleased to say that the ELD program will look a little different this year. I am thrilled to be able to focus on Kindergarten and 1st grade students specifically. Under this new approach, I have an opportunity to spend some great quality time in all the Kindergarten and 1st grade classrooms every day. I am looking forward to working with the students and the community. 

In my spare time I love spending time with my family. I have two boys. Marco is 7 years old and Maxim is 5. We enjoy outdoor sports and  going to the library. I also have a miniature poodle named Maki.
