Sweetbriar Registration Materials

Registration for the 2012-2013 School Year will begin on August 22, 2012 at the Sweetbriar Office from 8:00am - 3:00 pm.

Before registering at Sweetbriar, please call the Sweetbriar office to verify that you are within Sweetbriar school boundaries. If you are not within our boundaries, we will be happy to assist you in finding the correct school for your address. If you are registering at Sweetbriar, please bring the following items with you when you come in.

If you are transferring from a school in Oregon:

• Proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)
• Picture ID for the parent registering the student

If you are transferring from a school outside the state of Oregon:

• Proof of address (rental agreement, utility bill, etc)
• Picture ID for the parent registering the student
• Birth certificate
• Immunization records
