Immunizations

Immunizations are required by state law for children and students in attendance at public and private schools, preschools, childcare facilities and Head Start programs in Oregon.  Students must have all required immunizations by February 20, 2019.  See the attachment below for a list of required immunizations.  This, and other information, can also be found on the Multnomah County website.
