Hartley school registration procedures:

Before registering at Hartley, please call the Hartley office to verify that you are within Hartley school boundaries. If you are not within our boundaries, we will be happy to assist you in finding the correct school for your address. If you are registering at Hartley, please bring the following items with you when you come in.

If you are transferring from a school in Oregon:

• Proof of address (rental agreement, bill, etc.).
• Picture ID for the parent registering the student.

If you are transferring from a school outside the state of Oregon:

• Proof of address (rental agreement, bill, etc.).
• Picture ID for the parent registering the student.
• Birth certificate
• Immunization records.
