Hello Hartley Families!

Picture Day: 
Friday, September 29th is school picture day. Please remember if you are paying with a picture packet, all packets will need to be at school by 9:30am on school picture day. You can save time and pay online using the link below. Use the Hartley school code: EVTXKKXWN

Late Students: 
As a reminder, school starts at 9:20am on Tuesday-Friday, and at 10:30am on late start Monday's. 
Students who arrive after that time will need to come to the office for a late slip and be marked tardy. Please help us start the learning day on time but having your students arrive on time. Doors open for breakfast at 9:05 T-F, and at 10:15 on Monday's. If we can support by sharing bus information for your student, please let us know. 

Parking Lot: 
​When dropping your students off or picking them up, please follow the drop off/pick up line for cars. If you have questions we have staff members out front to assist. Do not use the bus lane, or drive the opposite way of the flow of traffic. Our goal is to keep all students safe! Thank you for your support. 


Early Pick Ups and Change of Transportation:
If you need to pick up your student early for an appointment, please plan to sign them out no later than 3:20pm. This gives the office time to get your child from class before the rush of dismissal. 
Please also contact the office by 3:20pm if your student(s) will have a change in their transportation for that day. For example, if your student is a bus rider and you decide to pick up that day, the office will need to be informed of the change by phone or ParentSquare message by 3:20pm. 

Recess and Weather:
As the weather begins to change, please plan to send a light jacket/sweatshirt with your student. We always try and let our students have outdoor time to run and get fresh air, so we will be having outdoor recess even with a little rain. On that note, please remind students to check the school Lost and Found regularly as we have MANY coats left every year. 

School Spirit Friday's: 
Friday is School Spirit day at Hartley. We encourage all students to show their school spirit by wearing their Hartley school shirt on Friday's.

Día de Fotos: 
El viernes 29 de septiembre es el día de las fotos. Por favor, recuerde que si usted está pagando con un paquete de fotos, todos los paquetes tendrán que estar en la escuela a las 9:30 am el día de la foto de la escuela. Estudiantes retrasados: 
Como recordatorio, la escuela comienza a las 9:20am de martes a viernes, y a las 10:30am los lunes. 
Los estudiantes que llegan después de ese tiempo tendrán que venir a la oficina para una hoja de retraso y se marcará tarde. Por favor ayúdenos a comenzar el día de aprendizaje a tiempo haciendo que sus estudiantes lleguen a tiempo. Las puertas se abren para el desayuno a las 9:05 T-F, y a las 10:15 los lunes. Si podemos apoyar compartiendo la información del autobús para su estudiante, por favor háganoslo saber.

Aparcamiento: 
Cuando deje o recoja a sus estudiantes, por favor siga la línea para dejar/recoger los coches. Si usted tiene preguntas tenemos miembros del personal en el frente para ayudar. No use el carril del autobus, o maneje en la direccion opuesta del flujo de trafico. Nuestra meta es mantener a todos los estudiantes seguros. Gracias por su apoyo. 

Recogidas Tempranas y Cambio de Transporte:
Si usted necesita recoger a su estudiante temprano para una cita, por favor planee firmarlos fuera no más tarde que 3:20pm. Esto le da tiempo a la oficina para recoger a su niño de la clase antes de la prisa de la salida. 
Por favor, también póngase en contacto con la oficina antes de las 3:20 pm si su estudiante (s) tendrá un cambio en su transporte para ese día. Por ejemplo, si su estudiante toma el autobús y usted decide recogerlo ese día, la oficina necesitará ser informada del cambio por teléfono o mensaje de ParentSquare antes de las 3:20pm.

El recreo y el tiempo:
Como el tiempo empieza a cambiar, por favor planee enviar una chaqueta ligera/sudadera con su estudiante. Siempre tratamos de que nuestros estudiantes tengan tiempo al aire libre para correr y tomar aire fresco, por lo que tendremos recreo al aire libre, incluso con un poco de lluvia. En esa nota, por favor recuerde a los estudiantes para comprobar la escuela de objetos perdidos con regularidad, ya que tenemos muchos abrigos que quedan cada año. 

Viernes de Espíritu Escolar: 
El viernes es el día de Espíritu Escolar en Hartley. Animamos a todos los estudiantes a que muestren su espíritu escolar usando su camiseta de Hartley los viernes.
