Reynolds School District is excited to introduce you to your new Assistant Principal for the 2022-2023 school year!

Reynolds School District is excited to announce that Benjamin Durham has accepted the role of Assistant Principal of Davis Elementary School. Ben Durham was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest and has over ten years of experience as a local teacher, administrator, and nonprofit leader within the communities of Portland and Gresham.

He brings strong community engagement skills, clear communication, team building, and data-driven leadership. Ben is eager and excited to start at Davis Elementary. “I’m excited and encouraged to be working with a school community that is student centered and engaged in the lives of students and families. The work that we do is so important, and I am honored to join a team that is focused on student success, and building relationships.  I am eager to become a part of the school community, and to help create a sense of belonging for students, families and staff.”

Ben holds a bachelor's degree in biology and a master’s in teaching from Warner Pacific University and received his principal licensure from Portland State University.
